I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that I am looking to renovate, add a bedroom, bathroom and a space for a washer/dryer ( laundry). My goal is to have either a 4 bedroom 4 bath if possible.This is going to be a home for luxury student housing for the university. Ideally, I'd like each room to have a bathroom. I'm hoping to keep the addition to the house to 500 square feet. I would like to start with a new floor plan.
I have uploaded the hand-drawn as-built as well as a floor plan with some labels on walls, which correspond to the photos that were taken after the demolition of the interior. My goal is to try and maximize the room sizes, create an open concept living with the living room , kitchen and additional space added off the rear of the building.
