I need someone to rate a conceptual rendering of the exterior look for a two story commercial remote work/cafe Building.
The concept will be located in out lots of strip malls and high-volume mall parking lots where you would normally find TGI Fridays, Maggiano’s, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks.
Hi visibility space that reads quick easy access of a lower floor café/coffee house scan design/modern rustic Starbucks with a hint of office. Second floor feels a bit more office like with a tease of the defining rooftop element that sells it especially at night on the drive home for the local workforce that this is the place to go after work for happy hour and networking on a rooftop deck.
Building will have a proximately a 8000 ft.² foot prints of the main floor and the second floor will be a mix of the deck space office space and an HM space above the café.
