Eclectic Home Design Plans
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking an experienced interior design technician/visualization specialist to assist in creating detailed design plans for a custom-built residential home.
The project is a freelance opportunity
Key requirements:
- Our design team will provide layouts and concepts for every area of the home
- This is a transitional design that aligns with the client's HOA CCRs
- Project location = AZ
- All candidates must work within the US, and have experience in the luxury design/build field
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in interior design software, CAD or Revit and SketchUp preferred
- Strong understanding of documentation required for residential new build projects (formatting pages, details and callouts, etc)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
