Looking to build a Superadobe/Earthbag home meeting building code in North Las Vegas.

Hello!

My family is looking to build an earthbag home in North Las Vegas, NV to code and a team to help us get there. Currently we are looking for an Architect to design the home.

We have a grand vision for this 1 acre property in the city. Our grand vision includes a house, driveway, garage, casita, greenhouse, and pool. It should be off grid solar, septic system, connected to city water.

We would first be looking for a master plan for this property, then a set of full plans for a phase 1of building which would include the primary house, driveway and garage. The house would be pretty standard, some bedrooms, kitchen, office, between 1200 and 1600 sq feet. Which can be extended into the master plan you created.

The extended house we picture as fairly luxurious and resort-like with premium features like a theater, art studio, gym, sauna. We would do outdoor dining in a central courtyard with the structure surrounding the courtyard, potentially a pool in the courtyard. There would be misters to help with the outdoor temperature control. The greenhouse would be detached but fairly size-able it would have a fairly size-able aquaponics setup for growing our own food. Then a casita would be a fairly standard home, beds, baths, kitchen.

These plans would include desert landscaping as well following code.

This property is not a corner lot. The lot dimensions are 17 ft wide, 259 feet deep. There is a small cutout in the top left corner of the lot which is 13 feet wide and 28 feet deep.
* front setback 15 feet
* interior setback 5 feet
* rear setback 15 feet
* max height 35 feet
