Duplex Floorplans

I'm looking to get a floor plan drawn up for a new construction duplex project. The units will be attached, one in front of the other (opposed to side by side or stacked) and they will not be identical. I'd like it to be a 1 br 1 bath + 4 br 2ba on about 1700 sqft.
