I'm seeking an experienced deck builder to construct a dual-deck system using composite materials.

First Deck Specifications:
- Dimensions: 12' x 30'
- Height: 18" above grade, no handrails
-Composite decking with joists spaced 12" on center
-2" x 10" lumber for framing
- Roof: Covered with a 3/12 pitch, shingle roofing
- Screened-in area: Aluminum screening with 1 door

Second Deck Specifications:
- Attached to the first deck, with a 7" step down from the finished surface
-Composite decking with joists spaced 12" on center
-2" x 10" lumber for framing
- No handrails
- Features: 2 sets of steps

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in building with composite materials
- Experience with roofing installation, specifically shingles
- Knowledge in constructing screened areas with aluminum screening
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
