Dream House+Office Blueprint (2D Floor Plan)

I'm in the early stages of designing my residence+office and am seeking a creative and proficient architect who can bring my vision to life. This project is for a residential house+office that's currently at the conceptual design phase. I require professional assistance with:
- Space Planning: To ensure efficient use of space and create a cohesive flow throughout the home.
- 2D Floor Plan: To lay out the initial designs and give a clearer idea of spatial organization.
- Land Area 1500 Sq Feet (West Facing) : 30' Width * 50' Length
- Back Lane Available (East Side)
- North : Adjoining House
- South : Adjoining House
- Entry for office and house should be seperate.
