Drawings for a wheelchair ramp addition

Hi, my name is John Blake and I am looking for a freelancer to help me create drawings for the addition of a wheelchair ramp. It will consist of a 5'x24'porch a double ramp and a42". The ramp will be used exclusively for outdoor purposes and must be constructed out of wood. The perfect freelancer for this job should have experience in drafting and design, preferably in the architectural sector.
