3 Drawings of a Modern Apartment Building Concept along River
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of exterior concept drawings for a modern-style apartment building. The primary goal of these drawings is to begin conversations with investors and the neighbors.
Key Requirements:
- The drawings should feature exterior views highlighting design attributes of the location along the waterfront
- A keen understanding and representation of a contemporary architectural style is crucial
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in creating professional-grade architectural concept drawings and a strong portfolio of modern design works. Familiarity with producing designs for preliminary approval is preferred.

Deliverables, at least 5 pictures:
A Exterior concept drawing that highlights the building on the water view from across the river, see pic of example "Water2" (with the new 14 story project).
B Exterior concept drawing from a birds eye view featuring the building in the foreground with the downtown in the picture, see pic of example "overview4" with red circle of the proposed project area
C Design concept of Activating the Riverfront, a pedestrian/bike/small vendor area along the road that will be closed: between the proposed apartment building and the water. See picture 'bike path below surface road3'.
D Anticipated view of looking from the proposed project out towards the river, see example picture 'View2'
