Draw plans of building

I am looking for a professional freelancer to create a set of plans for a building. Specifically, I need floor plans to be created, as I already have measurements of the area. I do not require 3D models, but just the 2D plans as I need to visualize the area and make sure everything is properly measured and laid out before moving on. The plans must be accurate and precise, with clear specifications and measurements, so they can then be followed and implemented. It is a single story commercial building with aprox 50 rooms.
