re purpose an existing site plan to include a garage and separate workshop. client specifications will be provided and the following must be included:
• Scaling at 1:200 on A3 paper (to show in more detail)
• All drawing patterns/hatching as indicated over the residence
• AHD levels with area labels
• Power supplies, cabling, services, stormwater pipe work, setbacks, boundaries, driveways and contour lines
• International drawing conventions
• A title block (landscape format)
• True north indicated on plan to indicate site orientation
