Draw in civil 3d

I'm looking for an expert in Civil 3D to create a basic drawing for construction purposes. Specifically, this drawing will involve a set of plans which will serve as a reference in the construction process. The desired level of detail is basic and the purpose of the drawing is for construction purposes.
The chosen freelancer should have extensive knowledge in Civil 3D software and be able to provide quality work in a timely manner. Experience in creating plans, elevations, and/or sections will be preferred. Any other skills and qualifications that can help bring value to the project are welcome.
