Draw Basic Architectural plans using ArchiCAD

We're looking for a freelancer to work with who can take a basic set of plans and create a very basic drawing set together to form what we call a 'Costing Set' of plans.

Please see plans attached that are the 'Costing Set' and the plans attached we need you to develop from a 'Concept Design' into a 'Costing Set'

We need the 3D's and also the ArchiCad file on completion

Costing Set must include the following plans to scale;
Site Plan
Existing Conditions Floorplan & Elevations
Demolition Floorplan & Elevations
Floor plans
Roof Plan
All elevations
Window & Door schedule
