Draftsperson for Duplex Construction Drawings

I need a skilled draftsperson to create comprehensive construction drawings for a small, single-storey duplex. The building will be divided by a party wall into two separate one-bedroom apartments, each approximately 56.5m2 (total building area approx. 113m2).

Key Requirements:
- The exterior design, particularly the roof gables, must closely reflect the aesthetic of the existing house on the property (see attached image).
- Wood siding with horizontal planks is required.

Drawings Needed:
- Foundation Plan
- Floor Plans (for both apartment units)
- Exterior Elevations (all sides)
- Roof Truss (for hall, bed, bath areas)
- Roof Framing Plan (for main living area - post and beam)
- Party Wall Details and Sections

Attachments Include:
- Concept drawing
- Dimension drawing (not to scale)
- Site plan
- Overview and specs
- Photo of existing house elevation & gable
