Draftsman Renovation

Looking for someone who can provide a draftsman drawing to scale for a council permit in Australia. We need to build a disabled unisex toilet onto our existing dwelling. As such it would need to meet the regulations for such a use. Please let me know what files/photos you may need and I can prepare them. Thanks
