Drafting and or building design for a Living Room Renovation

I am requiring a building designer and/or draftsperson who is experienced to design my living room renovation/extension and a draft for a side window.
Please note that I had started the framing for the living room however I could not proceed until I obtained council approval. I have since removed the frame.
