Draft houseplans

I need a local Draftsman in JACKSONVILLE. FLORIDA to draft house plans onto a survey showing it is within the boundry of Grandin Lakes Shore home owners association requirements in Interlachen, FL (Putnam County)
so I can get them to a General Contractor to do all the other work needed to complete the project
