Draft architectural plans for alteration & addition to existing homes
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Use Revit to draft architectural plans, 3d images & generate BIM data for alterations & additions to existing suburban homes in Canberra, Australia.
For now, we need plans drawn to our standards for the purpose of making a building contract. No designing required as such, mainly straight drafting. If that goes well, we will need further iterations of the project for council approvals then construction issue plans.
We are then looking for someone to work with us on an ongoing basis & form a relationship for future projects.
Reference materials & resources to work from include:
Revit template with most required assets included
A checklist with minimum plan requirements
Photos, CAD survey & an accurate site measure & existing specifications to accurately model existing structures & conditions
Proposal plans & project specifications for the proposed works.
Any existing documentation from council archives or building reports that are available
Access & direction to current local building codes & regulations.
Any assets, information or guidance at my disposal that may be of assistance to complete the task
Will work through & take the time to explain things & answer questions as required to get the right freelancer up to speed for ongoing work.
