Renovation of a 1 story 1800 SQF home built in 1992 and I have the original plans. Replacing all of the exterior windows and doors with impact resistant and removing not replacing the outdated windows, but closing in to simplify. Doing some other updates to the stucco exterior to bring it up to date. Interior will be a full renovation, with non-load bearing walls and a cheap non-masonry fireplace/chimney. New kitchen, baths, flooring, doors and trims throughout. No additions. Existing renovation only. Plans must be presented to HOA for approval as well.
