Detailed set of Architectural design of a site

I am looking for an experienced architectural designer to develop a modern, sophisticated and innovative design for a building project. The design plan needs to be detailed, with full plans and specifications for the building. I also require an interior design plan and 3D renderings of the design, in order to visualize the end result. Ideally, the design should include classical and modern elements, as well as sketches and other such creative designs. Experienced professionals with a portfolio of work will be given priority. I look forward to seeing your proposals. Concept drawings will be provided, required to be to Australian standards and in accordance with the applicable building code. 2 level development. Example of Australian project experience required.
