I am in need of a skilled architect or designer who can create detailed building regulation plans for my new retail store project. The plans have already received planning permission but now they need ammending to be building reg compilant. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating building regs plans.
We need these plans completing in two to three weeks.

Attached is the proposed plans which will need ammending.
A steel layout, roof plan and wall layout will need to be designed to UK building regs standards.
