Site Plan Requirements:
· Site plan drawn to scale
· Site plan depicting the setbacks of the new structures (e.g fence and viewing deck) from each boundary;
· Elevations of the proposed fence and gate either drawn to scale or depicting the height;
· Plans at a scale not less than 1:500 (A3) showing
Input Information:
1. A site plan that is not to scale
2. Google Earth – to obtain measurements and distances
3. An image of the property boundary
