Detailed 2D Plans Development

I'm seeking a skilled professional to develop a phasing plan and detailed 2D plans across multiple trades.

Requirements:
- Trades include: plumbing, exterior and interior carpentry, partition walls and linings, flooring, painting, suspended ceilings, masonry, and plumbing.
- Plans must be in English and highly detailed.
- Adhere to the International Building Code (IBC)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in interpreting and working with DWG files
- Extensive experience in producing detailed 2D construction plans
- Knowledge of International Building Code (IBC) requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Deadline is 5 days maximum; no extensions will be accepted.
