Detailed Floor Plan for Daycare Center
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking a designer to create a detailed floor plan for a new commercial building designed to serve as a daycare center.
We have blue prints from our other locations (7,000 sq ft) to serve a starting point but this design will be a smaller footprint (5,000 sq ft). We will provide a rough layout of the classrooms, lobby, break room, work room, bathrooms, etc. as well as square footage requirements by room (as daycare have licensing rules to follow).
The end product would be something similar to the attached and would serve as a starting point for franchisees to work with builders.
