Detailed BIM & Structural Analysis Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to assist me with a project involving a BIM model in an architect DWG file.
Key Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of BIM and structural elements
- Capable of creating a highly detailed BIM model, including reinforcement details
- Proficient in performing load bearing analysis
The ideal candidate should be able to take the architect's DWG file and enhance it with a detailed BIM model, specifically focusing on the structural elements. This will also involve performing load bearing analysis on the structure.
The end goal is to create a comprehensive BIM model that provides insights for both the architectural and structural aspects of the project. Experience with similar projects and a strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles is highly preferred.
