Design 1 villa - part of villa compound

modern design

I will require someone to do the complete internal and external design, 3D and 2d , rvit, eagle eye ( 3 angles) for interior and exterior design and idea pitching ... I will only provide my requirements for the project you have to deliver the design.

Villa 1:

garage ( in the house and externally)

guest room ( externally but has access from inside and outside the house)

2.1.2 first : ( each bedroom with individual bathroom)

3.1 Service block :

maid room + bathroom ( dressing, washing machine )
Laundry room ( ironing, washing machine + drying machine + folding + storage )
Storage room + bathroom
heavy kitchen

4.1 garage block :

garage

5.1 external sitting area: ( each villa will have a specific function )
-formal guest sitting area
-casual sitting area
-gym

greenery and joint gardens between the 3 villas ( taking into consideration all the 3 villas have to complete one another )


the designing should include : villa layout, interior design and 3d rendering for 2 villas

need a full conceptual design, floor layout distribution.

Note: the project encompasses 3 villas in one area, 1 villa has been completed 2 remain that need to be completed they are next to each other horizontally.
