Project Description: Design sketch for a traditional lake home outdoor living space remodel of a mobile home.

- Project details:
- The home should have board and batten siding
- Windows and door need to be updated
- The mobile home and deck roof should be metal R panel metal roof
- Draw a covered deck that is 30' wide by 15' deep by 12" off the ground
- The deck roof should be a shed roof with a 2:12 pitch
- The deck is made of #1 pressure treated wood
- The posts / columns should be 6x6" pressure treated posts
- The deck will have two sets of steps
- At the right side of the yard just off of the deck, there should be a 15' x 15' paver patio with a firepit and covered grill area
- a sidewalk should be inserted going from the deck to the metal shop building
