Design a landscaping for a residential project - parking space, playground and waste shelter

Small residential project (10 two-storey buildings) needs a proper landscape project. Layout of the buildings is fixed and can not be changed. I am looking for an advice how to design funcional and friendly landscape for a future users - parking space, playground and waste shelters. Part of the plot which needs a design project is marked with a revision cloud in attached plan.
