Design a equipment and trailer manufacturering building and layout -- 2

I will be moving into a bigger piece of property. I have purchased about 10 acres of property but only about 6 is useful. I am currently renting a small building and should be in full manufacturing in about 3 months and expect to be clearing and have land ready to build on in a year. I will be needing a layout inside and outside of someone who has worked on projects like this I dont want to have to redo something in future expansions and hope to have a very efficient production facility and office complex. This will include a office and storage facility and conference room for customers and meetings. bathrooms for clean office and customers. then in back a welding area and assemble, bending and shearing area, hydraulic area, painting area, and more. I dont know of everything and looking for someone that does this. I am not looking for this over night and expect to be a continuing drawing of this building and layout. I will need to see a project of something of close relation. the drawing can only be a simple or complex layout like the specific areas and why they are laid that way. I will need a office layout that provide a dn flow of orders and workers. the same for the back area. I dont know what a budget for this is so I will be looking for a quote for the work and benchmarks
