Design and blueprints

I am looking for someone to design a building a 2-3 story apartment complex with 8 - 12 units. Each unit should be 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with kitchen and living room area, max 800 sqft per unit. Also the lot that the building will be on is 5,050 sqft and a triangle shape. After the design we would like blueprints to pull permits and follow for construction.
