Design and Site Development Plan/Blueprints for Glamping Resort
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I am in the initial stages of developing a Glamping Resort in Saskatchewan, Canada.
I require:
1. Preliminary Design and Site Development Plan
2. Detailed Plan of the development - to include septic design
3. Blueprints for 3 structures - tipi, wigwam and a-frame -I would like to have blueprints with a modular design for the 300 sq ft units as we plan to do a majority of the building off site and then put together onsite.. The vision of this project to to have minimal disturbance to the earth (base on piles?), incorporate logs into the design and focus on eco friendly practices.
All work is required to be signed-off by an engineer or architect who is licensed to practice in Saskatchewan, Canada - if you are not able to sign off on the work, I would require someone who can meet code and regulations in Saskatchewan and who would revise the work if needed.
