Design a North-East Facing House Plans -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need to make a NE facing house as per attached images style. Total area 1500 sq ft with house front as 33 ft approx.
2 floor house needed.
I will need 2D drawings, elevation, door windows layout. 3D renders ( exterior + interiors )
Requirements :
1 = main entrance to property from narrow-road 8 ft wide road
2 = I NEED A DOOR TO MY HOME from here too.
3 = Outside 3 is my property but given to rental needs, but i need an entrance from here too.
4 = North-east facing main entrance to house. House direction must be this facing.
5 = narrow path from my brother's house to connect to my house.
RED AREA = here i want contsruction, 2 floors, both floors must have, 2-3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with dining+ store room area, 2 toilet bath each with dresser rooms attached
Green area is garden
Blue area is swimming pool
Consider others' propery & rental quarters too, for my privacy, alongwith sunlight + ventilation needs.
On top of toilet tank, i need parking for my vehicles ( 2 whlleer only ) + give me an option of tank for rain water harvesting.
Rental quarter-3, i will occupy in future.
Other's property-2, i will occupy in future.
Orange is the wall, that will classify my entire possession in this property for my use n living.
All windows needed exactly as per images attached
