Design Modern-Classical Family Home -- 2

I'm looking for a detailed house plan and front house elevation for a modern/classical-style single-storey family home for 5 people. The house should have
3 bedrooms
1 living room with small pooja room
a kitchen with dining
1 common bathroom
1 attached bathroom
Staircase

Plot Dimensions:
- 80 feet long and 38 feet wide
- Front (west): single lane 28 feet road
- Back (east): pool
- Left (south) and right (north): party plots

Design Requirements:
- House to be built at the back of the plot, keeping the front idle for a garden.
- Include garden, patio, and outdoor seating area.
- House should be small, airy, and cooler in summer.
- All room and living rooms space should be planned in way that it look minimal
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in modern and classical architectural design
- Experience in drafting detailed house plans
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
