Design Manager needed

We're looking to remodel our home and need someone who has experience working with llocal contractors and supply chains, scheduling / tracking materials, making sure contractors are staying with in our timeline, keeping the lines of communication open between us (the client) and the contractors. We are looking to add an additional space or possibly a 2nd story to our home and need someone well experienced in redesigning a space as well as organizing the project/projects from start to finish. Our home is currently a little over 1,800 sf, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with 1 of the bedrooms converted to a laundry room.
