Design Four Identical Motel-Style Rooms -- 2

I need a designer to create four identical sleeping and resting rooms in a 20’x60’ building. Each room should include a bedroom and a bathroom, similar to a motel room.

Room Requirements:

- Modern, Traditional, or Minimalist style (user preference not provided)
- Primary function: Sleeping and resting
- Furniture: Queen bed and bedside tables
- Each room must include a functional bathroom layout

Technical Requirements:

- Plumbing drawings for the bathrooms and water connections
- Electrical drawings showing lighting, outlets, and basic power layout

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Interior design or architectural design experience
- Experience with space optimization in small areas
- Ability to create cohesive designs based on the specified styles
- Knowledge of bathroom layout, plumbing planning, and electrical planning
