I am seeking a skilled architect or designer to create a comprehensive floor plan for a 3-floor apartment building on a 30x60 plot. Each apartment within this building should be designed with 2 bedrooms.
Key requirements include:
- Designing a functional and spacious layout for a 2-bedroom apartment.
- Creating innovative solutions to optimize space across three floors.
- Providing a blueprint that adheres to standard building regulations and safety codes.
An ideal candidate for this project would be someone with:
- Extensive experience in architectural design and floor planning, as well as implementing Vastu.
- A strong portfolio of multi-storey residential projects.
- Excellent understanding of space optimization.
- Proficiency in using architectural design software.
