Design of Entertainment Facility
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’ll like you to design a lounge/bar with a nightclub, 10nr hotel style rooms, offices with 2nr small meeting room and a medium size hall for a maximum capacity of 150people.
The size of the land is 50 metres x 100 metres with the 100m side facing the road.
I’ll like the bar/lounge be designed in such a way that it will have viewing platform (double height space ideally) which will serve as a vip section of the lounge/bar,and can see over the ground from there, and the club to have a vip section too. The bar/lounge and club to have a decent size kitchen and storage space(can be shared)
Will also need adequate restroom facilities for all sections of the building, and also a decent size number of car park area.
The build design need to be able to accommodate 2 phased building programmes, and the external/envelope design of the overall building to be simple but yet sophisticated.
I’ll need you to do give all floor plans, all elevations and a good amount of sections drawings. All to scale and some external 3D images. Low quality render ideally. And will need revit/sketchup source file ok final delivery.
Please let me know what you think. And share image of design idea. Pls bear in mind we are at a fiscal stage at the moment as well nd will need to convince a few people that this is the best way to utilise the site.
