Design and Construction Feasibility

I want to hire you to create a new hotel prototype version of a 4-bay hotel suite, which will become the flagship of their new brand. Keep in mind that a standard hotel room (i.e., a king or queen/queen) with a standard bathroom needs to fit into a single bay. The bay size that you determine will affect the planning of the entire hotel. A single bay can be 350 square feet minimum, and 425 square feet maximum. The total 4-bay suite can be 1400 square feet minimum and 1700 square feet maximum. You will determine the overall dimensions of the bay sizes. Plan for a corridor on one side, and window walls on the other side. The left and right walls will be other rooms that you will not connect to.
