Design Concept for a small building
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I am looking for an architect to design a 3-unit building.
Phase one will be the concept and phase two will be the construction drawing.
This contract is for the conceptual and include:
- Wall elevation.
- Site plan
- 3d of the exterior.
- Interior design plan
All plan must be in compliance the specification and zoning requirement that I will communicate to the successful applicant.
My goal is to retain the service of the successful applicant for the conceptual and construction drawing.
Please share similar project you have done.
fee: expecting less than $400 for the conceptual
