Denton Texas Remodel

22' x22' garage apt remodel. I want to take the 4/10 roof trusses out and install LVL 8/10 open roof truss system. Cathedral no joist on 11" and open collar and joist to support garage type storage with decking over the other 1/2 of the building. I plan to make the current back of the house into the front. I plan to install 2 windows and a door on this side. These will probably be the only windows. If code requires a fire door, I choose to move the current front door into the fenced area.
