Dental Clinic Architectural Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced architect(AUSTRALIAN STANDARD) to assist in the design of a commercial dental clinic. The primary focus will be on the design layout including car park ,disabled toilet and all the regulation as per as Australian standard.This is not for planning or construction but drawings for building surveyor.Below is waht he is asking.
“Change of Use” from a Class 1a Dwelling to a Class 5 Dental Surgery (Office) use, the building must now comply with all Building Code requirements associated with the new Class 5 building use.
I suggest you refer back to your designer and have them update your Working Drawings to address issues such as disabled access & sanitary facilities, accessible car parking space, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting & exit signage, energy efficiency, light & ventilation, etc.
Ideal candidates should have:"
- Extensive experience in commercial design, particularly in healthcare
- Proficiency in creating efficient and innovative layout designs
- Excellent understanding of dental clinic requirements
