Deck with Roof

I am relocating the front door on a house (swapping location with window to the right of the existing door. Need to design a 12' wide by 8' deep wood deck with a hip roof as the new front porch for a house at the new door location. I will also be adding extensions to the roof rafters to create a 12" eaves Need to incorporate the roof into the existing house. Deliverables include plans to submit to city for approval, materials list and 3D drawing of home with new porch w roof. I will be adding new siding to the house and it will be similar to the house in the second photo. The porch I want is like the one in the second photo however the floor will be wood decking instead of cement. I will supply dimensions of existing structure once the job is awarded. YOU MUST KNOW THE US RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODES for the project.
