Deck drawings approval

I am looking for a qualified freelancer to approve and stamp existing 3D drawings (in a PDF format) for a small deck that I am planning to build. The deck is designed primarily using wooden materials, so I'm looking for someone who can review and apply Structural Engineer stamp.
