Deck at 23 Madison

I need drawings and engineering to get a permit for a deck. It is roughly 16 x 16 ft attached, at an angle of 45 degrees, to an existing porch that is 10 x 6 ft, and is about 4 ft off the ground. Trouble is, the deck is already built. The permit for my new house included a deck, but this is not that deck and the city requires another permit. If possible I want the drawings to reflect how this deck is constructed; however, I assume my existing deck is not up to code and I must retrofit per your design. That's my problem, not yours. Please see attached drawing, with exact measurements, and pictures. I can send drawings for the existing house if that helps in any way. Thanks.
