I'm seeking an experienced architect or house planner to create a detailed house plan for my new build. The project involves:
- Designing a 2-storey single-family house with 4 bedrooms, including a guest suite with walk-in robe and ensuite.
- Incorporating a home office and media room into the design.
- Ensuring the house plan is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with relevant building codes.
It's important that the freelancer has:
