We are looking for a professional builder to create a custom built home for a newlywed couple. Our budget for the project is more than $500,000, and we are particularly interested in a traditional style. We are not in a rush and expect the timeline for completion to be more than 12 months, however, we want architectural plans to be done before the end of this year. I understand that this is a significant project, and I am willing to be involved in each step of the process. The utmost commitment to quality and precision of workmanship is a must for the successful completion of my dream home.
The home is to be built near Bamako, Mali.
We have attached a picture of a style of home that we like for your reference, so that you get an idea of the style of home we like. The home is to be between 10,000 sq. ft and 20,000 sq. ft. The home will have several AWGs (Atmosheric Water Generators - see aquaria.com) as well as Perpetual Electricity Power sources, which we will provide and finance, but should be included in the architectural plans.
My husband and I will pay all of your expenses to travel to the home site and land that we are going to build our home on, so that you can get a full visual picture of where the home will be that you will design for us.
We would like to get architectural plans drafted by November/December 2023 and for construction to begin in January/February 2024.
