Custom 4 Bedroom Home Plans

I need a talented architect or designer to modify an existing floor plan for a single family 4 bedroom home to suit my preferences. The modifications will include changes to the Living/Dining Area, Bedrooms/Bathrooms, Kitchen/Utility Rooms, and Entry way.

I am looking for:

- Foundation plan
- Plat plan
- Plot plan
- Electric plan
- Roof plan
- One exterior elevation
- A section plan

For the exterior elevation, I prefer a design using LP smart siding (lap siding) with Gables comprising of 4x8 panels and vertical batons.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Experience with residential home designs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to understand and implement design modifications according to client preferences
- Familiarity with the specified exterior materials and design style.
