Creative Corner Home Design

I'm looking for an architect or designer to deliver a efficient floor plan for my corner plot which encompasses a stilt plus four floors, with special attention to natural lighting and open space utilization. The key outline of the project is as follows:

- Primary Requirements:
- As per vastu
- Small size lift to be accomodated in the drawing
- Two bedrooms
- North and west-facing openness to capitalize on views and light
- 1 bathroom attached to master bedroom, 1 bathroom which has access from the Living room
- Attached a simple design below for reference of directions and plot size. Need a better plan than this with lift area as well

- Master Bedroom Essentials:
- Ensuite bathroom
- Private balcony

- Second Bedroom Must-Haves:
- Balcony access

Ideal Candidate Skills:
