Create two plans from sketch

Hi there, I have a zoning with desired dimensions, I need this rastered in autocad with 5 inch walls, 3'4" doors for bedrooms, 2'6" doors for toilets etc, average 5 feet wide windows, the internal room sizes has to be like the attached documents , its a small job, if this goes fine i have another plan to raster, then ultimately create the architectural papers,no collums needed now.
