Create Revit Plans from Existing Scanned PDFs

I have an existing set of drawings for a two story residential house in scanned PDF format. I need someone to model the walls, wall openings, floors, and roofs in Revit. The delivery will be the Revit model and three basic plans - 1st floor plan, 2nd floor plan, and roof plan. This will be used in a renovation project.
